  • Philosophy: between essentialism and generalisation

There are numerous studies as to the detrimental effects of essentialism. This project has at least one (the book review of twilight) but the concept itself can be found in the orientalist impulses and in the practices of methodological violence. The differences between methodological violence and cultural appropriation is not always that linearily seperable.

The idea of generalization shares similarities with essentialism since both essentialism and generalization try to label things or people. See my upcoming elaboration on metaphysics. Whereas essentialism tries to define a single entity, generalization defines structures of multiple entities.

  • On the prayer of the fairer sex

There have been questions as to the status of the prayer of Muslimas in the context of the Ummah. First let me give a scriptural basis:

Quran 33:35 clearly emphasizes the equality of the worship of female and male subjects. Moreover following reason: if the prayer of women is only accepted during specific times it is actually more dear to the wisdom of the allmighty since if the capacity for piety for man and women is equivalent it has to follow that prayer of the donna is more valuable since it occurs in a smaller window.

    And God knows best.

  • Humor

Humor is a mismatch in communication. If one of the communicating entities is operating at a higher level of formality than the other entity a communicative mismatch arises which is humorous from the perspective of independent observers

  • Soul mates #2

It seems that modern physics and scripture are in agreement about the metaphysical existence of soulmates.

    Let’s consider the facts:

    • The Quran mentions that the near-infinitely small is not negclectable: “and whoever does an atom’s weight of good sees it.”1
    • Disregarding experimental physics the neighbouring fields of quantum mechanics posits (as generally accepted in the community) the existence of the planck length as a physical barzakh.
    • Further quantum mechanics dictates the existence of quantum entanglement which holds that a foundational quality of an electron can be effected by the paired electron that can be cubits away.

    Analysis of data

Thus it follows that the sinister phenomenon of quantum entanglement has far reaching consequences.

    1. Bodies can interact with each other with distance
    2. Bodies exist
    3. Language exists
    4. Hypothetically if the ontology of soulmates is real in the Mulla Sadra’s account of the word this would mean that traditional traditions of love can be both true and and untrue

    Conclusion

In earlier discussion I deliberated against abstraction and now we argue in favour of ambiguity to the dutch angle etc.
